Guiding Force Pawar Public Charitable Trust
The Pawar Public Charitable Trust, under the guidance of its Managing Trustee, Mrs Supriya Sule, is an organization focused on the needs of the less privileged sections of society. The Trust is also involved in work aimed at uplifting the nomadic tribal communities by imparting a basic level of education to them through various Ashram Shalas. In addition, the Trust also extends its support in the form of sponsorships for multiple programmes for educational institutions like the Rayat Shikshan Sanstha, which fosters the unique concept of 'learn & earn'.
The foundation of the school building was laid on 3rd November 2009. The admission process began in December 2009. The school opened its door to its first batch of Nursery to Standard VI with 1025 students on 10th June 2010.
The school has been set up with a vision of providing the best educational facilities to its pupils. The pupils will be provided with an inter-disciplinary education, by exposing them to extracurricular and vocational courses. A sense of social responsibility is developed, thereby making every pupil of PPS, a role model for the society.
The aim of PPS is to enhance individual growth so that our pupils become a part of the world community. This, we believe is possible, as PPS offers innovative educational tools and inspires the minds of the pupils to think creatively within the established framework. It also promotes an all round development of the pupil by active participation in sports and extra-curricular activities.
By having pupils from diverse backgrounds, PPS is uniquely positioned to integrate cultural diversity in the school, so that the pupils share the uniqueness of our culture and are convinced that only Together We Can Make A Difference!
